Terms of ServicePAYMENT
DC Collectibles has a variety of payment options for your convenience, including Paypal (Express and Standard) through any valid major credit card, Direct Bank Deposit and USPS Postal Money Orders (in USD funds). Payment options may vary for some locations, subject to availability, customs or law restrictions. We reserve the right to deny any transaction or request alternative payment as warranted. No personal checks will be accepted (ever).
When purchasing more than one item with intent to combine shipping, please do NOT pay before requesting and receiving an invoice (usually within 24 hours). This WILL delay your order and can result in a loss of additional savings. Payment is accepted in USD funds only and must be received within 2 days of receiving invoice (unless previous arrangements are made with the seller for a full 5 days--our limit).
Standard U.S. domestic delivery charges include shipping, handling, proof of delivery. Insurance is available at an additional cost of $1.25 per up to $100 coverage unless otherwise noted, and HIGHLY recommended. We are not responsible for loss or damage in shipping if insurance is not purchased.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS WELCOME - cost varies by region, some items may not be available to all areas. Please email us at email@example.com if you are interested in placing an order and do not see shipping terms listed for your country. All international shipping charges include insurance to your respective location.
Combined shipping (multiple purchases) is available on most items purchased within 5 days. Email us for an adjusted invoice.
Orders are processed as we receive them. Under normal circumstances, and for most payments, this will take a few days (typically 5-7 from cleared payment in the system) before shipping. We typically post once or twice per week (varies by season and traffic) on our regular shipping schedule, however for the duration of the pandemic we will be doing batched orders processing for the safety of everyone involved. We thank you for your patience and understanding. We do realize this can be an issue for rush order requests such as birthdays, Christmas & Holidays, new releases, etc. so for these events please email us to discuss other faster service and payment options available, including 2 day service and express 1 day (to most U.S. locations). We'll email you once your order is shipped and tracking information updates (usually within 72 hours of label creation). Please see our FAQ Latest Updates section for more information.
OTHER USEFUL INFORMATION
We reserve the right to cancel any orders we feel are not made in good faith or violate our terms. You agree to pay for what you purchase. Nonpaying buyers will be reported and barred from future service. Items are sold as is described in listings. All sales final unless otherwise noted. No refunds, returns or warranties are implied or accepted. The only exception to this rule: A refund will be honored once a valid insurance claim for loss or damage is requested, filed and successfully processed.
Due to age and the collector nature, items in our store are sold as collectibles only. All collectibles, once opened by the buyer, are nonrefundable without exception. We do not refund for reasons of buyer remorse. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase and to develop a relationship with us as a repeat buyer. Therefore, on a case by case basis we will consider exchanges or credits toward future purchase in our store. Before any credit or exchange is offered, we *must* have the item returned to us in exactly the same condition as originally shipped. You are responsible for any return postage and/or insurance needed.
Product specifications, prices, special promotions, ship dates and availability are subject to change without notice.
Due to revolving inventory year round, we have many other items available which may not be listed at this exact time. We welcome product enquiries and are happy to offer combined shipping and bulk purchases at reduced cost on most items when requested in email.
All reasonable offers and/or trades are considered, but please no crazy low-ball offers. At this time, we are willing to work with you to complete your collection, however abuse may lead to cancellation of this policy at any time.
